Atlas is a private AI business operations assistant used internally by Elevate Suites.

Atlas may access Google account data that has been expressly authorised, including Gmail messages and related information.

This information is used only to provide authorised internal business functions such as searching, reviewing, summarising, analysing and preparing information.

Google user data is not sold, used for advertising or provided to data brokers. Information may be processed by technology and AI service providers where necessary to provide Atlas's authorised functionality.

OAuth credentials are stored on systems controlled by Elevate Suites and access may be revoked through the relevant Google account.

Atlas's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
